If your order is not completely to your liking, which of course is never going to happen, there is an option to return the item within 10 calendar days, starting from the date of the initial invoice/purchase. After returning you will receive a voucher equaling the same value as your purchase, excluding the shipping costs. You can use this refund voucher at all times in our webshop. Be aware, when using that voucher in your re-order you again have to pay shipping costs; this enables us to send you your new shirt again.
If you still want to return your shirt you must meet the following conditions:
– The item(s) must be returned within 10 calendar days of the invoice date.
– The item(s) must be unworn and have the original labels and packaging.
– The shipping costs for the return shipment will be on your account.
Follow the steps below to register your return:
1. Pack your shirt well so it survives shipping and enclose original invoice
2. Label and return it to:
